Websites: superfriday.io, superfriday.ca, supervendredi.ca (and related domains) These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SuperFriday website(s), including but not limited to superfriday.io, superfriday.ca, supervendredi.ca, and any related domains (collectively, the “Website”), operated by SuperFriday Inc. (“SuperFriday,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Advertising Platform Only

SuperFriday operates solely as an advertising and promotional platform. SuperFriday sells advertising space and promotional visibility only. SuperFriday does not sell products or services, does not act as a broker, agent, reseller, representative, partner, or intermediary, and is not a
party to any transaction between users and advertisers. All products, services, offers, and representations displayed on the Website are provided exclusively by independent third-party advertisers. Any interaction, transaction, or agreement between users and advertisers occurs
solely between those parties and at their own risk. SuperFriday does not endorse, guarantee, verify, validate, certify, or approve any advertiser, product, service, claim, pricing, or outcome.

2. No Agency, No Endorsement, No Responsibility (Clarity

For the avoidance of doubt, SuperFriday: sells advertising space and promotional visibility only; does not sell, provide, fulfill, or deliver any products or services advertised on the Website; does not act as an agent, broker, representative, reseller, partner, or intermediary for any advertiser or user; does not verify, validate, certify, or approve advertisers or their business practices; does not guarantee performance, results, leads, revenue, quality, or user satisfaction; and is not responsible or liable for any transaction, dispute, loss, damage, claim, or issue arising between users and advertisers. Any transaction, communication, or relationship between a user and an advertiser exists solely between those parties, and SuperFriday has no involvement, obligation,
or liability in connection therewith.

3. Informational Purposes Only

The Website is provided for general informational and advertising purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes professional, medical, legal, financial, or business advice. Any reliance on information obtained through the Website is at your own discretion and risk. 5. Third-Party Content and Services

SuperFriday does not employ, supervise, control, or endorse any third-party advertisers or service providers. SuperFriday shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, errors, misrepresentations, negligence, misconduct, or failures of performance by any third party advertised or referenced on the Website.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SuperFriday, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Website. If, notwithstanding the foregoing, SuperFriday is found liable for any claim, SuperFriday’s total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you to SuperFriday, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. All limitations and exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted bylaw.

7. Assumption of Risk

Your use of the Website is voluntary and at your sole risk. You assume full responsibility for any  ]consequences resulting from your use of the Website or reliance on its content.

8. Indemnification

9. Data Collection and Privacy

SuperFriday does not track visitors for analytics or advertising and does not use tracking pixels. We may collect information you voluntarily provide (for example, an email address for newsletter subscriptions or optional access, or other details you submit through forms). Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may process limited technical information in server logs for  security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and reliability. 10. Payments and Third-Party Payment

Processing All payments made through the Website are processed exclusively by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. SuperFriday does not collect, store, or have access to payment card details, banking information, or other sensitive financial data. Payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and data handling are governed solely by the terms and policies of the applicable payment processor. SuperFriday shall not be liable for any errors, breaches, or service failures related to third-party payment processing.

11. No Financial Custody or Escrow

SuperFriday does not act as a financial institution, escrow service, or payment intermediary and does not hold or control customer funds.

12. Force Majeure

SuperFriday shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, labor disputes, governmental actions, or utility failures.

13. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience only. SuperFriday does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such websites is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the SuperFriday entity operating the Website you are accessing: For users accessing superfriday.ca or supervendredi.ca, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Montreal, Quebec. For users accessing superfriday.io, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
